Your big day doesn’t have to be a big hassle. From the time you get your hair done to the end of the reception, I’m here to get all those special moments.

Timeless moments unfold, and love is immortalized through the lens of Kiera Marie Photography — wedding photographer since 2007. Our passion is not merely to capture weddings but to encapsulate the essence of your love story with an unwavering dedication to capturing every heartwarming moment on your big day.

From the tender exchange of vows to the exuberant celebrations, we approach wedding photography as an art form. We blend technical expertise with an artistic eye, ensuring that every composition, every play of light, and every emotion captured tells a part of your unique story with grace and sophistication.

With an unobtrusive presence, we follow the natural flow of the event, ensuring that the authenticity of each moment is preserved while our lenses remain ever vigilant to immortalize the beauty of the occasion.

Your wedding is a reflection of your unique style and vision. We work closely with you to understand your preferences, from the grandeur of the ceremony to the intimate details that make your day uniquely yours. The result is a collection of images that resonate with the individuality and sophistication of your love story.

What to expect for wedding photography:

1. Pre-Wedding Consultation: Schedule a comprehensive consultation with the couple to discuss their vision, preferences, and the overall timeline of the wedding day. Establish a shot list and understand any specific cultural or personal rituals.

2. Visit the Venue: We will familiarize ourselves with the wedding venue, identifying key locations for photos, assessing lighting conditions, and planning for potential challenges.

3. Timeline Coordination: Collaborate with the wedding planner or coordinator to synchronize the photography schedule with the overall timeline of the day. Plan for key moments, such as the ceremony, reception, and any staged photo sessions.

4. Capture Candid Moments: Begin the day by documenting candid moments, such as the bride and groom getting ready, guests arriving, and pre-ceremony interactions. Emphasize natural emotions and spontaneous expressions.

5. Formal Portraits: Conduct formal portrait sessions, including individual shots of the bride and groom, bridal party, and family. Utilize different locations within the venue for variety.

6. Ceremony Coverage: Position yourself strategically to capture the ceremony from multiple angles. Focus on pivotal moments, such as the exchange of vows and rings.

7. Reception Coverage: Document key moments during the reception, including the first dance, toasts, and cutting of the cake. Capture candid shots of guests enjoying the celebration.

8. Creative Sessions: We love to take advantage of the golden hour or other favorable lighting conditions for creative and romantic shots of the newlyweds having fun with different compositions and poses.

9. Document Details: Photograph the intricate details of the wedding, including decorations, flowers, and the wedding rings. We pay attention to small but significant elements that contribute to the overall ambiance.

10. Post-Wedding: Select the best images for post-processing, ensuring a consistent and polished look. Edit for color correction, exposure, and other enhancements, but staying true to color. Create an online gallery or presentation for the couple to review all their images. Deliver the final edited images to the couple in the agreed-upon format (online link or small thumb drive). Wedding photos can take up to 5 weeks for completion.

NOTE ON WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY FEE: There is a $50 non-refundable deposit due at booking. Your spot is not booked until deposit is received. This is part of the overall cost and will be deducted from your remaining balance. Half the balance ($350) is due day of the wedding. The final $500 is due upon day of photo handover. You will only see low res images before this. Final images will be given upon receiving your final payment.
