Welcome to the heart of Kiera Marie Photography. I believe that everyone deserves to have their unique beauty, joy, and personality captured in a professional photograph. That is why I am incredibly proud to offer 100% free photography sessions for individuals with disabilities, neurodivergent individuals, and those with special support needs.
There is absolutely no age limit on these sessions. Whether you are looking for photos of your growing toddler, your resilient teenager, or a beloved adult family member, this space is for you.
My Approach: Patience, Empathy & Time
I want to be completely transparent with you: I do not have formal medical or behavioral training for working with individuals with disabilities.
What I do have is a remarkably kind heart, endless patience, and a deep-seated belief that photography should be accessible to everyone. I know that new environments, flashing lights, and the pressure to "smile for the camera" can be overwhelming.
When you book an inclusive session with me, you are booking a stress-free environment.
Here is what you can expect:
No Rushing: We take all the time we need. If we need to take a 20-minute break to sit on the floor and breathe, we do it.
Child- (or Adult-) Led Pacing: The session moves at the comfort level of the individual being photographed. There are no rigid poses or forced interactions.
A Focus on Fun: My ultimate goal is for everyone to feel safe and have a genuinely good time. The best smiles happen when the pressure is entirely off.
Open Communication: Before our shoot, we will talk about triggers, preferences, and what makes your loved one the most comfortable so I can prepare accordingly.
Yearly Availability: Because I want to give this opportunity to as many people as possible, each individual is welcome to book one completely free session per calendar year.
Why I Do This
Traditional photography sessions can sometimes feel restrictive or inaccessible for families navigating disabilities. At Kiera Marie Photography, I am working to bridge that gap. I do this because your story matters, your family’s love is beautiful, and financial or accommodating barriers should never stand in the way of preserving your most precious memories.

Please Note: Session Inclusions & Limits
To ensure I can serve as many wonderful individuals in our community as possible, these complimentary sessions are limited to one free session per person, per year. Additionally, these sessions are dedicated exclusively to capturing portraits of the individual with special needs. While I absolutely love capturing family connections, full family portraits or sibling shots are not included in this specific complimentary offering. If you are interested in a photoshoot for the whole family, I would be thrilled to discuss booking one of my standard family packages with you!
